The Municipal Clerk provides administrative and clerical support to the City Administrator, Mayor, and City Council. The Clerk coordinates City Council meeting notices, agenda preparation, minutes, ordinances and resolutions, and is custodian of the City’s permanent records. The Clerk also serves as liaison between City officials and the public with respect to such matters as complaints, requests, and suggestions.
